Ordered takeout and got all the way home to realize my order was partially wrong. Called to report and essentially got accused of lying. Why would I lie?! I just want my right sandwich and onion rings. It's not rocket science to know the first rule in the hospitality industry is to be hospitable. A simple "I'm sorry, how can we make it right" goes a long way. Rudeness just lost a good customer and made my day that much worse.January 30, 2017
